Group training sessions are small and have a high trainer to client ratio so you’ll get heaps of positive attention and guidance from us.
We pride ourselves on our personal attention and in the planning that goes into our sessions.
We also encourage team spirit and make no apologies for our firm belief in a tough love approach, but with this we ensure that you train hard, make relevant progress and definitely have fun doing so!
We use kettlebells, ropes, bands, sledgehammers, tyres, powerbags, slam balls and the best kit available, your body.
We require you to confirm your attendance at each session so that equipment and movement progressions are tailored to your fitness ability and potential.
Group Training Memberships
Join the naked training gang with our choice of monthly memberships. Then come to any of the sessions we run during the week at 9am or 6.30pm.

Unless we are unable to fulfill a session, there are no make-up sessions or carry-overs to the following month on direct debit memberships.
Last minute cancellations (within 3hrs of the session) and no shows are still chargeable.
Joining during a month? No problem, your membership will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis.
