All our sessions are designed to incorporate and re-learn natural human patterns such as:  squatting, lunging, bending, rotating, pushing, pulling and manipulating gait.

Kettlebells, various bags, bands, balls and bodyweight are utilised to build strength, improve mobility and burn fat.

As always please book in with us in advance of sessions.

Tues and Thursdays 9am

– Diana Fountain Car Park, Bushy Park

Tues and Thursdays 6:30pm

– Hampton Hill New Gate, Bushy Park
